Vintage 90s kilt-style pleated midi skirt in a gorgeous classic bright red plaid. Wrap style, adjustable leather strap closures on inside and outside with gold buckles. A-line cut. Meant to be worn high or mid waisted. Thick and warm flannel fabric. May have a bit of itch factor to some people so I recommend layering with tights!
Fits a women's size XS or Small - 27" waist max with a free size in the hips. Full length is 27". I am 5'2" for reference. Unlined, no stretch.
