Vintage 90s flannel maxi skirt. Thick, warm material. Charcoal gray with a buttery yellow plaid. The perfect winter skirt! Belt loops at the waist. Meant to be worn high waisted. Straight column cut, nice and long so she will hit closer to the ankle on most people. I am 5'2" for reference.

Fits a 28-29" waist (30" absolute max and it will be snug) and up to 37" hips. Full length is 37". No stretch, unlined. May have some itch factor to some people if you're sensitive to knits, I recommend layering with tights!
