Vintage 90s signature button down. Sheer black burnout fabric with a 3D deep wine red velvet floral pattern all over. Fully lined in black poly satin. Lightweight and flowy, easy to dress up or down. Buttons down the front and at the cuffs. Classic collar, boxy cut. No stretch. Pair with jeans, faux leather pants or leggings, just about any skirt or dress. Can be knotted up at the waist, tucked in to anything high waisted, or as a throwover piece as a substitute for a jacket or cardigan. If you are very petite you may be able to wear it as a shirt dress! Liner and belt are not included.
