Vintage 90s FLEET STREET dress. This one is giving me all the Mrs. Lovett vibes. Multi-toned black and brown cotton blend fabric with a wide black stripe, asymmetrical hemline and this cool bustle pleat detailing on the skirt. Hidden side zip, no stretch whatsoever. Sheer black mesh cutout at the waist. High back and scoop neckline, wide shoulders. Shoulders are double lined but the rest is not.
