Vintage petticoat skirt. Ruched elastic waistband with luxe pleated detailing at the lower half. Pull-on style. No stretch other than the waistband. Lightweight and breezy but the pleats give it some structure. Fabric is a poly satin blend but may also have some silk in it. Perfect for layering under midi skirts for more fullness, or style it as a regular skirt!
Fits a women's size Small-Medium. Fits a 27"-31" waist and up to 38" hips. If your waist is smaller than 27" it will be a bit big on you. Meant to be worn high waisted. Roughly 29" long.
