Midi-length pencil skirt, batwing sleeves that taper to a 3/4 length, with 4-button closure in front and a deep V neckline. Double waistline - elastic empire waist as well as a lower basque waistline that flows into the skirt and ruffle detail. No stretch, pull on style. Empire waist fits up to about 32" (underbust). Roughly 48" long shoulder to hem. Fits up to about 38" hips and 36" bust, no defined shoulder seams. I am 5'2" for reference.
