Originally marked a men's size Small but fits more like a men's XSmall since it is on the narrow side and the arms are tighter for a men's sweater - I'd consider it a "slim fit" cardigan. Fits a women's size XS to Medium for a loose, cozy fit. Measures 20" across under the arms laying flat. 27" long shoulder to hem. Sleeves are 27" from top of shoulder seam to cuff. Shoulder seams are 15" apart laying flat.
