Vintage 80s black crushed velvet dress. High neck with a snap button at the back of the neck. Banded hemline. Banded cuffs can be folded up for extra detail. Thin fabric is unlined and slightly stretchy. Meant to hang loose and slouchy. Flares out slightly from the shoulders down - no defined bust or waist area. Looks amazing belted to emphasize your waist and avoid drowning in fabric! Belt is not included. This appears to be a handmade item - the seams are roughly sewn and unfinished on the inside - this is reflected in the price, as a piece like this would often go for much more.
Best fits a women's XS to Medium depending on how loose and slouchy you want it to fit. Roughly 35" long shoulder to hem. Sleeves are 13" cuffed, 15" long uncuffed. Measures 18" under the arms laying flat. Shoulder seams are 13" apart laying flat. Fits up to 39" bust with a free size in the waist and hips.
